Kasia Sosnowski is an artist from southern Alberta. In 2014 she graduated with honours from the University of Lethbridge with a combined BFA in both Art History & Museum Studies, and Art Studio. She recently graduated from the Master of Fine Arts program at York University in 2023, where she specialized in ceramics and sculpture. Her practice focuses on how clay embodies ideas of care, fragility, and transformation. She uses absurdity and humour as methods to cultivate access and intimacy. She is currently living and working in Medicine Hat.
