Bente Hansen, contrary to popular belief, is actually quite an introverted soul. She loves quiet time in her garden, meandering about Lethbridge on her 7-speed cruiser bicycle and reading books. Currently, Bente teaches first-year music theory at the University of Lethbridge, accompanies the adult choir Sing For Joy, and is making her onstage debut in Lethbridge Musical Theatre’s production of “The Full Monty” this Fall. In the 2024 Spring semester, Bente will fulfill one of her bucket list items when she musically directs the U of L Drama Department’s production of Jesus Christ Superstar. Bente is proud to be a part of this most extraordinary production.
